Pricing questions
Is the first survey really free?
Yes. The Basic plan includes one survey a year at no cost, with email delivery, your GoodWell Score and the GoodWell Certified badge if you qualify. There is no card required and no time limit.
How is “per employee” counted?
By the number of employees on the roster you upload for a survey. Contractors or part-time staff you include count the same as anyone else; people you leave off do not.
What is a segment?
A breakdown of results by an attribute from your roster, such as department, location or tenure. Advanced plans include three segments per survey and Enterprise plans five. Groups smaller than five employees are never reported, to protect confidentiality.
Can we add our own questions?
Enterprise plans can add custom questions to the two standard ones. Responses to custom questions are analyzed and summarized in their own section of the report.
Do languages or SMS cost extra?
No. Translation into each employee’s preferred language is included on every plan. SMS delivery is included on Advanced and Enterprise plans.
Is there a minimum?
The Advanced plan has a minimum of $500 per year. Enterprise pricing is per employee with no minimum, and we are happy to talk through larger or unusual rosters.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you want another survey, SMS delivery or the full report. Pricing is annual and prorated when you move up mid-year.
